InstaPrint is a smart self-service printing kiosk platform designed to make document printing available around the clock. Customers scan a kiosk QR code, upload documents from their phone, configure print options, review pricing, and receive a single-use order QR code. The kiosk scans the order, processes payment, and communicates with the local printer to complete the job. The platform includes separate mobile, kiosk, and administration interfaces, document conversion and validation, pricing management, operational reporting, audit logs, and privacy-focused automatic file deletion. Its hardware service integrates QR scanning, Windows printer control, and kiosk status monitoring, while Docker-based infrastructure coordinates the APIs, PostgreSQL database, object storage, and web applications.
